Gutter repair that stops the leak.
Fast fixes for leaks, cracks, holes, sagging sections, and pulled away gutters so water stays in the channel and off your siding.
Can gutters be repaired instead of replaced?
Yes, most of the time a leaking or sagging gutter can be repaired for far less than a full replacement. A failed seam, a loose hanger, a crushed downspout, or one bad section does not mean the whole system is done. We fix the problem spot, test it with water, and leave the rest of your gutters alone.
We are a family owned and operated company with over 15 years of hands on gutter experience, so we have seen just about every way a gutter can fail. If a repair will hold, we repair it. If the run is too far gone, we will say so plainly and walk you through what new gutters would involve, with a clear price and no pressure either way.

How do you fix a leaking gutter?
A lasting gutter repair starts with finding the real source of the leak, which is often not where the drip shows up. Water travels along the inside of the channel, so we trace it back to the failed seam, crack, or hole, clean the area down to bare metal, and let it dry completely. Sealant applied over wet debris fails within a season, which is why quick patch jobs rarely last.
Once the area is prepped, we reseal or patch it, refasten anything that has worked loose, and correct the pitch if the run has started holding water. Standing water is a warning sign worth taking seriously: it adds weight that pulls fasteners out and speeds up the next failure. We finish by running water through the system to confirm the repair holds and the downspouts drain freely.
When is replacement the smarter call?
Replacement makes more sense when leaks keep appearing in new spots, when rust has spread along the run, or when the gutters were undersized for the roof in the first place and overflow every rainy season. Paying for repair after repair on a failing system costs more in the long run than starting fresh with seamless gutters sized and pitched correctly.
One more thing worth knowing: a lot of "broken" gutters are really just clogged ones. If your gutters overflow but do not leak when clean, a thorough gutter cleaning may be all you need. We will tell you which situation you are in at the free estimate.
What affects the cost of a gutter repair?
The main cost factors are how many problem spots there are, how high and accessible they are, and whether any sections or downspouts need full replacement rather than resealing. A single story seam reseal is a smaller job than replacing a section on a steep second story roofline. Every repair starts with a free estimate and a clear price up front, and we accept electronic payments. Our work is backed by workmanship warranties, and Resolution Gutter Inc. is licensed under #1079338, bonded, and insured.
Gutter repair questions, answered.
My gutter is pulling away from the house. Can it be fixed?
Usually, yes. A gutter that sags or pulls away has typically lost its fastening into the fascia. We refasten the run with solid anchoring, reset the pitch so water flows to the downspout again, and check the fascia board behind it while we are up there.
Why is my gutter leaking at the corner?
Corners and end caps are seams, and seams are where sealant dries out and fails first. We clean the joint, let it dry, reseal it, and test the flow so you know the leak is actually gone before we leave.
Do you repair downspouts?
Yes. We repair crushed, disconnected, and leaking downspouts, and we can replace a downspout outright in a square or round style if it is past saving.
Can you help if my fascia board is damaged?
Yes. Fascia and soffit help is part of our repair work, because a gutter is only as solid as the board it hangs on. If we find rot behind a failed gutter, we will show you photos and talk through the fix.
